Home Clean Terms & Conditions

Instructing Holborough Cleaning Services via telephone, e-mail or website the client is agreeing to be bound by Holborough Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions of Service.

The Client agrees to pay Holborough Cleaning Services the equivalent to one months cleaning fees at the commencement of the contract which will be held as a fully refundable deposit on the proviso that no outstanding monies are owed to Holborough Cleaning Services at the termination of our working relationship.

Should the client no longer wish to utilise Holborough Cleaning Services for home cleaning services the client agrees that a two week termination notice is required.

The Client agrees that Holborough Cleaning Services will utilise standard domestic household cleaning products supplied by the company, however, should specialised products be requested by the client these items must then be supplied to Holborough Cleaning Services. Additionally any air freshners required by the client would need to be provided or additional payments will be charged to supply the same.

Holborough Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.

The Client agrees not to pay any funds directly to any cleaner sent to the Client by Holborough Cleaning Services, as all money must be paid to Holborough Cleaning Services through Holborough Cleaning Services bank account, cheque or online banking, no cash will be accepted.

The Client is invoiced on a monthly basis at a rate agreed at the initial consultation, plus VAT, according to the clients frequency of cleaning hours and interval between visits.

The Client will be notified by telephone or in writing which ever is appropriate, if there is any change in cleaner providing services to the Client.

The Client agrees not to directly employ or offer work to the cleaner of Holborough Cleaning Services, as this will be a direct breach of this agreement. If the client wishes to employ a cleaner directly, the client must pay a finders fee to Holborough Cleaning Services equating to 10 times the monthly cleaning charge. For example monthly charge to client £70.00 X 10 = £700.00

The Client may cancel a cleaning visit by giving at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise If not notified on time Holborough Cleaning Services will invoice the full amount for the cleaning visit and no refund can be claimed.

In case of a complaint, Holborough Cleaning Services requires to be notified the same day after completion of the cleaning work. No claims will be entertained after the above time limit.
